Follow-up Audit (ATL) aims to ensure that the findings of the previous internal quality audit results have been corrected and anticipated so that they do not occur again in the future. Supporting the implementation of the internal quality assurance system at UIN Sunan Kalijaga so that efforts to create continuous improvement are always maintained. ATL is carried out periodically at the beginning of each fiscal year by implementing the activities of the Quality Assurance Institute of UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The audit is focused on examining the follow-up of previous AMI findings. The audit is carried out by auditors who come from lecturers and education personnel of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.

The Religious Studies Study Program conducted an ATL on March 24, 2023 online. This ATL was organized by the Quality Assurance Agency (LPM) UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. In its implementation, the person in charge of conducting the Follow-up Audit is Muhamad Iskhak, M.Pd. In the procession of the Follow-up Audit of the Religious Studies Study Program went smoothly, and there were no findings. So that in the future the Religious Studies Study Program for Internal Quality Audit needs to be maintained and improved. The Chairperson of the Religious Studies Study Program Dr. Dian Nur Anna, S.Ag., M.A and the secretary of the Study Program Aida Hidayah, S.Th.I., M.Hum hope to improve the presentation of documents in the Follow-up Audit in the future.
