Public Lecture Harmony in Diversity; Knitting the Spirit of Mukti Ali

Public lectures are a routine agenda for each study program in starting lectures, this is especially for students who are just starting lectures and are even required for students who are in semester 1. On November 12, 2020, the Religious Studies study program held a public lecture activity. With the theme Harmony in Diversity; Knitting the Spirit of Mukti Ali on this occasion presented speakers who had full ties with Mukti Ali. The speakers were Dr. Nida Ui Hasanat, the daughter of Mukti Ali and other speakers, namely lecturers of the Religious Studies study program who on that occasion had been taught directly by Mukti Ali, namely Prof. Syafa'atun Almirzanah, Ph.D., D.Min and Dr. Ahmad Singgih Basuki, MA.
Why carry the theme of Mukti Ali? Who is he? Mukti Ali is the founder of the Religious Studies Study Program (read; Comparative Religion). With the theme of Knitting the Spirit of Mukti Ali, so that new students know the history and basis of what, how is the study program of religions. Until new students are enthusiastic in learning and gaining knowledge in the study program of Religious Studies.
In conclusion, let's work together in developing the science of Religious Studies, so that there are no more divisions in the name of groups in Indonesia.
